Incorporate Media in your Propsal!

PR Connection #13

I found this video while surfing the videos of YouTube. I thought it was a very cool idea how he incorporated media into his proposal. Do you like this idea? What stood out the most to you? Do you think he could have incorporated any other forms of media?

  1. Wow this was so cool! it amazing all that technology can do. I mean I felt I was watching like a spy movie or something. This was definitely a creative way of proposing. I’m not going to lie I don’t know if I would have thrown the ring up to her. What if she didn’t catch it or he didn’t make the toss. That would have killed it. But she seemed to love it and that’s all that really matters. And they’ll have this video of the creative propasal for the rest of their life together.

  4. I love this! It would’ve been horrible if she had said no, though. I guess if you’re going to video tape your proposal (very spy-like, I must add) you had better be absolutely positive she’ll say yes! I like that he had all his buddies in on it, but then they won’t be surprised when she tells them the good news. Oh, well. All I can say is, this guy is a total romantic and knows his girl really well: he played her favorite song, went to a beautiful location, and filmed it so she can replay that moment over and over again. Well done! Thanks for sharing, Sam.

  6. It’s such a great idea to have that moment recorded. Given of course she says yes. But I agree that I thought it was crazy of him to have tossed the ring up to her. That could have been disastrous. Call me a skeptic, but their audio of her saying yes was to good, that it makes kind of question whether this was legit or not. It just seemed like she was taking directly into the mic. So that threw me off a little. But his was super cute and a great keepsake for any girl to have.
